Good news for the far-too-long suffering fans of Showcase’s original drama, Lost Girl. The successful sapphic-laced show will return for its third season on January 6 at 9pm ET/PT. That same night Showcase will roll out a special, Lost Girl ConFAEdential allowing them to introduce their new state of the art mobile gaming app.
For those new to the series, here’s a basic summary; Lost Girl focuses on the gorgeous and charismatic Bo (Anna Silk), a supernatural being called a succubus who feeds on the energy of humans, sometimes with fatal results. Refusing to embrace her supernatural clan system and its rigid hierarchy, Bo is a renegade who takes up the fight for the underdog while searching for the truth about her own mysterious origins.
Now in order to really understand Bo, her very human bestie Kenzi and her rivaling beaus. The doctor for all my aliments, Lauren and the cop that just won’t go away Dyson. (yes I am a staunch member of Team Lauren! I mean really have seen Lauren? Look below!)
The new season introduces Rachel Skarsten (The L.A. Complex, The Vow) as Tamsin. Described as “a thrill-seeking, sexy new Fae who ruffles many feathers.” Emmanuelle Vaugier (Two and a half Men, Covert Affairs) returns as The Morrigan, leader of the dark Fae and among the many guest stars is sci-fi goddess Linda Hamilton (The Terminator, Beauty and the Beast) who will play Acacia, a sexy and ruthless assassin who has enjoyed a storied and deadly career.
All regular series cast members round out the cast of Season 3 including Kris Holden-Ried (Dyson), Ksenia Solo (Kenzi) , Zoie Palmer (Lauren), Rick Howland (Trick) and K.C. Collins (Hale).
